All Coast Batteries Delivery Policy
All Coast batteries is proud to offer you a delivery option suited to your shopping preferences.
Delivery Options
At All Coast Batteries we have three (3) delivery options for online orders:
Standard Delivery
- Free Delivery Within 20kms Of Store On orders over $100
Same Day Delivery
- Same Day Delivery has a cut-off time of 1pm, orders made after this time will be delivered the next day.
- Same Day Delivery is only available for items that are in stock at the time of order and not available for ‘Low Stock’ or ‘Special Order’ products.
- Same Day Delivery is unavailable for orders further than 20km of the store.
- Same Day Delivery is not available for orders under $100.00.
Extended Distance Delivery (For customers outside of 20km’s of the store)
- Extended Distance Delivery orders take approximately 3 – 7 business days.
- Extended Distance Delivery is available for online orders further than 20km of the store, with the exact distance beyond 20Km’s to be at the discretion All Coast Batteries.
- Extended Distance Delivery is not available for orders under $100.
Your order will prompt you to decide which delivery option is best for you.
Please note in some circumstances additional freight charges may apply. All Coast batteries will be in contact to advise you should this be the case with your order
Delivery Times
Delivery is available during store business hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery on a Saturday is at the discretion of the store. Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays. The store will contact you prior to delivery to work out the best suitable time for you.
Delivery Restrictions
Standard Delivery
- Standard delivery is only available for orders over $100 within a 20km radius of the store from where the product has been purchased.
Extended Delivery
- Extended Distance Delivery is available for orders over $100 further than 20km of the store with the exact distance beyond 20Km’s to be at the discretion of the store.
- All coast Batteries will be in touch to discuss options for you.
Local Delivery
Delivery is only available within Australia. You or a person nominated on your order must be available to receive the delivery, and sign for it when applicable. Please liaise with the store on how best to execute your contactless delivery where necessary.
Delivery Time Frames
Standard delivery provides a 3 – 7 business day window for delivery in metro areas only. In the instance your order is unable to be delivered within this timeframe All Coast batteries will contact you to confirm delivery timeframes.
Unable To Deliver
Every effort will be made to ensure your order will be delivered in line with your delivery preference However, in the unlikely event that the item is out of stock or cannot be received by our suppliers in time to meet your specified delivery method, you will be contacted by the store to discuss the updated estimated time of delivery, or offered an alternative suitable product as agreed between both you and the store.
Cancelling Your Order
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact the store (02)40495345 to discuss your options. They will be happy to assist wherever possible.
Fitment & Installations
We understand that some batteries and accessories are difficult to fit at home. All Coast batteries are here to help and can provide fitment and installation of your purchase. Battery Fitment and/or installations may incur an additional charge. Fitment and installation is not available on all products. Please contact us for more details on availability and pricing. You can also discuss this when the store contacts you to arrange your delivery time.
